This old Bridge has a road on top and rail on the bottom with a footpath on both sides,all still in use and quite sturdy. It links South Grafton with the main centre.

New Grafton Bridge
Awesome New Grafton Bridge built beside the old Heritage listed one. While it does not have the flair or the character the old one does, it holds its own in design and function, bringing a much needed traffic break for the town and providing an improvement for the Summerland Highway and Pacific Highway merge point. It has wide pedestrian and cycle access on the western side that leads from the town centre all the way over to South Grafton Pacific Highway access.

Big spacious walk way. Plenty of room for walkers/runners, but cycling over our new bridge is best.

The new bridge is a great piece of engineering, but the old bridge is far more interesting. Well worth a walk across.
