Woolworths Fairfield Heights

I love the layout of this particular store. Lots of space to see items. The place gets better each time I visit.

Very friendly, helpful, supportive to the community. The Managers go out of their way to assist NFP Orgs providing help to those in need. Thank you so much Woollies Fairfield Heights.

Before I walked out the door with trolley with groceries, ( I saw the bank card terminal accept my bank card ) I was excused twice to come back to self-service as my bank card was not accepted. I had to just put my bank card back into the terminal and use bank card pin number. THIS STORE is NOT FRIENDLY. They are trying to make me look like a spectacle in front of the community, patrons that shop there. This has often happens after paying for something and you walk out the door with beepers sounding and the guard saying can I please check your bag. I want to call the police.

Nice and clean store. Almost all shelf's are full and fresh fruit and veggies are also clean and properly arranged. Friendly staff and quick service at counter.

The team here knows how to have their shelves filled properly with groceries so the customers can buy what they needed

I use to like this store...but when I did online shopping that's where it went downhill. My online shopping here has only been 20% success rate because of multiple items missing etc.Today hit the fan with me. Let me explain.Not only did my delivery today had 80% of the items missing, they mixed my order and delivered half of somebody else's order!I rang the store, first lady i spoke with named Karen had attitude.2nd lady was so called Adushka (or something along those lines) said we will deliver your items today as i have them here.7 hours later and still not delivered!Wow!Everytime I rang it was the same excuse we are waiting for the driver" they say.Online shopping customer service wasn't working as it's a public holiday today.I have decided to escalate the matter first thing tomorrow morning and speak to a REAL manager.No more online shopping. Will be doing home delivery at my local Fairfield Neeta City from here on. They are absolutely beautiful people and were shocked to hear about the Fairfield Heights Woolworths store.Shame on you Fairfield Heights Woolworths."

They'll have half price sales on products 2-3 hours before closing but the sales start the next day..when questioned and confronted that this is misleading and deceptive conduct, they claim we do it all the time....many of the residents second language is English and are being taken advantage ....This practice is unconscionable conduct..shame on Woolworths

Best feature about this place is the carpark is under the store, perfect for when the weather is playing up.They've got Direct To Boot online order pick up which gets it right most of the time although can be on the slow side from time to time.

Only complaint is a couple staff members are rude & judgmental to the point if watching me like a hawk as if I'm stealing, very insulting.
