I called Good Cycles this morning and explained a small issue with my rear brake on my TT bike that came about in transit from Adelaide to Geelong before I compete in an Ironman event this weekend. The legend on the other end of the phone was very understanding and told me to bring it in asap, I was seen straight away there by the guys and my issue was fixed with 10 minutes, I learnt a little about the bike course and was given a local’s insight to the riding around here. Exceptional service and knowledge, couldn’t recommend more. Thank you!!

Jean-Paul is literally one of those rare people you meet and remember for how nice and friendly they were.I took my MTB in and he went over every part in detail and explained what needed to be fixed/upgraded in the future. Super helpful. This is my bike shop from now on!

These guys live for bikes and good service. They've always been clear and confident in their advice and recommendations, and servicing costs are set out in a logical and upfront way. Whether they're working on a kids bike or a fancy roadie, they apply the same attention to detail and care.
