Awesome place for the whole family

Fantastic adventure playground in parkland where an old quarry used to be. Fascinating to look at, with lots of meandering paths to explore - and lots of stuff to keep kids entertained. Well worth a visit - but do bring some mosquito spray! There are some steep bits, so keep an eye on younger kids. One of the highlights would be the big slide. There are bathrooms at the park.

This is an amazing park established in a disused quarry. Catering for all ages, climb, slide, twirl, scooter(on paths and boardwalk) to the sound of frogs and birds in the background. Natural vegetation with sandstone cliff background and boulders, fresh water drinking fountains and easily accessible toilets. Ramp options for disabled access. Close observation saw parrots exiting and entering their nest in the trees above. Wonderful visit.

I went to the Park today with my family (we live north of river), the kids loved it very much. Overall I rated it highly in the unique design and scenery. People living around the area should feel lucky to have this park in their local.However, these issues turned me off.1. There are quite a substantial amount of lime stones from small to large (hand size) throw around the kids play area (north side) and food packagings littered. I spended sometimes to clean it up.2. On the south side where the big lawn area (stage like) are glass beer bottles smashed on pavement.3. Also toward the limestone cliff wall (south side) is a SMASHED ELECTRIC SWITCH BOX with ELECTRICAL WIRES fully EXPOSED which could be fatal for kids playing in the park. Case reported to City of Mandurah.It's quite a hideous place for idiots turn up and do silly things. I would suggest adults whom take their kids there would watch for risks and report any issues to the City of Mandurah.

We took the boys down there today and what a great use of an area. Only thing I would say is the awesome large slide is a bit hot in the full sun.We will be going back and having a bbq down there

Great park, nice and quiet, plenty of shade, seating, BBQs, grass, play equipment to suit a wide range of ages. Beautiful native trees, you can see and here the birds

Lots of parking, shade, toilets, a couple of bbq's and playgrounds for the little kids AND the big kids. We had a great play here, highly recommended it.

Beautiful park!was amazed with this place, the scenery is stunning and the equipment is so fun for children! could spend hours at this place. love how there is a BBQ area & facilties. will be returning!

Needs to supply dog poo bags as unfortunately some people are not picking it up, having bags on hand might encourage them. Other dog friendly parks in the area have them.
