This is a friendly and highly professional place for Pilates, myotheraphy and osteopathy. Kym runs thorough and personalised reformer Pilates classes that have transformed my body and my life. She is a dedicated teacher who ensures all exercises are done correctly while also challenging individuals to improve core strength and range of movement.The osteopath Dr Evan Ramage is exceptional in terms of his rigorous client focus and always follows up to check on client well being and the effectiveness of his treatments.I now no longer have back pain and recommend this practice to anyone for physical well-being.

Went here for the first time to have a 45 minute massage, the massuse talked for the first 10 minutes and the finished at the 35 minutes mark but still charged for 45 minutes. Very expensive for a 25 minute massage. Would not recommend to anyone.

My experiences with Kym and her team have been fantastic. Over the last 3 years I have used all of the services at the studio, I highly recommend Pilates as an activity that improves your all round health. After every session, you leave, knowing that you have worked, but with a general feeling of wellbeing.
