This store is constantly out of ingredients. I won't be going back as it always disappoints. Today they are out of cream and toppings, so I just paid $11 for an ultimate shake, which was a regular shake.

Today we were served by Rae and were thoroughly impressed by her work ethic. She was patient, kind, charismatic, and knew exactly what she was doing. Overall, I would rate my experience 5 stars and believe she deserves a raise or promotion.

Came in at 9:20 for them to say they have shut down half the fridges and no vegan options where available as they are on defrost". Very disappointed considering they shut at 10pm. With rude customer service."

I have coeliac disease and kindly asked if the young girl serving me could use a clean scoop. She didn’t know what to do and just kept doing what she would normally do and dismissed me after I brought it up twice, not a great experience!

First time customer to a Baskin Robbins store and it will most definitely be the last. Ordered 2 large iced mocha only to be told there wasn't enough cream as store ran out ran (still charged full price) We were offered an alternative to cream but I wish she had mentioned this at the beginning of the order instead of the end. I should have just cancelled the order because the drinks were horrible. Wasted $40 at your store today.

Great service, delicious ice-cream! Popped in today after taking my 15 month old daughter to the doctor. How can you go past a scoop of tasty vanilla ice cream to cheer the spirits ... thanks to the gentleman who served us, she enjoyed her first ever scoop of ice-cream!

I came into this Baskin Robins with my family and we all ordered some ice cream. The staff finished our orders really quickly and it was delicious.I personally had It Takes Two to Mango and Gold Medal Ribbon, a great combo. I really recommend these flavours.Overall, it’s a pretty good Baskin Robins franchise.

I ordered a large thick shake and they made me a milk shake instead. When i told them that doesn't look like a thickshake it looks like more of a milk shake. The girl reply with oh its cause the ice cream melted. Clearly they put heaps of milk and only 3 scoop of small as ice ceaam. Rip off

You really need to do something about your staffs attitudes. So rude. I went in the other morning and apparently I could not get a take home pack of my favorite ice-cream because at 10.20am she hadn't got it out yet. Too much trouble to go and get it. The next time i went in the same girl asked me the same question 3 times because she couldn't listen. Tonight I go in there and she tells me to wait while she finishes what she was doing. MMM so rude. No idea of customer service. Sure I will wait to spend another $40.
