Tim and his crew have been looking after my cars for more than 10 years now, yet every time I come away surprised and pleased just how well things go there. Excellent service, utterly reliable, on time, with the right stuff, car runs better. PLUS he helped me of his own accord through a very difficult time getting a response to a warranty issue from Audi. Five and a half stars really.

Really helpful, informative and super quick! They found a spot to fit me in ASAP and fixed it for cheaper than I had been quoted by other mechanics. Will definitely come back to these guys!

Agree with all these positive reviews. Jason and Tim are super helpful, pleasant and honest. They have looked after our aging Audi for a few years now and today Jason was genuinely happy when the service didn’t turn up anything to fix beyond a wiper!!

I've worked here for a few years now and after being in the trade for close to 30 years it is one of the most relaxing environments I've ever worked in.Great customers that are always friendly.Great work work mates and fantastic employer.We do our best to do the absolute highest quality work at the most affordable prices given the current financial situation in the country at the moment.

Had a really disappointing experience here even after being recommended them and an initially good impression when I first spoke with Tim.Took my Amarok in to have it looked at after we had some overheating issues that another mechanic couldn't fix. Told them the priority was to fix the overheating issue but that I would also like to get it serviced. I received a quote of $1267.25 for the service, which was almost double any other quote I received from other places. I said I would go ahead but that I wanted them to focus on the overheating issue first.I went back and forth with Jason a few times over the phone and sent through copies of invoices that showed previous work done by the other mechanic to help him narrow down what might be the issue causing the overheating and to prevent us paying for work that had already been done. Jason told me he would talk to Tim (the owner) about this and call me back before they did anything.About 5 hours later (after no call from Jason) I get a text to say the vehicle was ready. When I arrived back I was given a myriad of excuses by Jason why they couldn't find what was causing the overheating issue, but that they had done the service anyway. While I was annoyed by this because Jason had very clearly indicated he would call me back after speaking with Tim, I understood the work had been already been done so I obviously paid. I also reminded them both that my main priority was getting the overheating issue fixed. They basically said there wasn't much they could do other than taking it to another mechanic who specialised in engine testing OR offered for me to get it to overheat and bring it in as soon as it happened so they could try and figure out the issue, because I work around the corner I accepted their offer.The first time I was able to get the car to overheat, I brought it in but was told Tim had left for the day and they were too busy to help. The second time, I called in advance to see when would be a good time and they said it wouldn't be until the next week, after I'd already waited a couple of weeks to get it in in the first place. I certainly wasn't expecting them to drop everything but based on my last conversation with them I had hoped they might be a bit more accomodating given they had empathised with my situation. At this point I feel like I have just been given the run around, after paying an exorbitant amount for a service that we had quoted at no more than $680 by three other shops, with both Tim and Jason seemingly uninterested in helping further or doing what they originally said they would.A very disappointing experience.Edit: I received a very unprofessional phone call from Jason this afternoon threatening to add me to an internal review system for difficult customers". I have amended my review to outline that the cost of the service I received was significantly higher than any other place that quoted."

Not long after purchasing my Audi S3 8p second hand, I had issues in relation to fuel pump electronics (eventually resulting in the car being undrivable) and other general emissions faults. I had the car worked on by another well respected and well reviewed mechanic who had the car in and out of their workshop for over 12 months but were unable to fix the problem BUT replaced numerous expensive parts(some not even programmed correctly!) instead of doing doing proper testing. I had to have the car towed a number of times and lost all confidence in the vehicle.I was nervous to start again with a different mechanic and was once again going off google reviews but it seems I lucked out with German Technik. Whilst it still took us a while to find the issues(weeks, not months though), Tim and Jason thought outside the box, and were able to finally find and fix the problems. They kept me informed the whole way, did extensive testing before giving the car back to me and got my confirmation before replacing any parts or expensive tasks.This shop seems to have genuine knowledge and experience with performance cars and I can't recommend them enough. It's exactly what I was looking for in the first place. I have had the car working now without issue for about 3 months and I've now got the confidence back that it's a reliable vehicle and I'm able to enjoy driving it again. I've also just had it serviced by the team this week and excellent service once again.Thanks again Tim & Jason

I’ve been servicing my Volvo through German Technik for approximately 5 years now, and I’m extremely pleased overall.Tim and Jason (plus the rest of the crew) are incredible operators and strong communicators, and they’re certainly know their stuff - no question.My most recent service was excellent, well timed, well executed, with flexible drop off and flexible pickup (pre-arranged on per customer basis).The car is always tuned well as such I’d highly recommended German Technik to anyone with Audi, VW, BMW, Merc, Volvo, etc.You won’t be disappointed. :)

I have finally found a team that fixes my car without adding on extras to make a few bucks. Not only was I looked after my car has never felt this great to drive.The team are very polite and have the time with you so I completely understood what was needed to be done on my car.I have walked away knowing my car is safe and I was charged a reasonable price for the work they have done.If I could have 10 stars I would have. Thank you guys, I will be back for sure. Won’t go to anyone else.
