Worst pharmacist I have ever come across. John is unhelpful and nonchalant about providing professional advice to his customers. These are the types of people who should not be holding pharmacist accreditations. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. I am definitely not going back.

Rude pharmacist. Submitted 2 scripts asking for NON GENERIC BRANDS given GENERIC brand on both 1 at double price than other pharmacies, when I asked them to correct the script the young girl, very rudely tried to tell me they were the same just chemists use different brands. Her attitude extremely disrespectful. I had to insist or cancel. Resulting 1 the double price cancelled and the other original brand directed.

Best customer service in the area. The pharmacist is friendly and helpful. I got my second AstraZeneca shot here and didn’t feel a thing. My preferred pharmacy.

I had a head cold for about a week and my wife went to buy some codril day and night . She explained the situation to the pharmacist who proceeded to diagnose me with allergies even though I wasn't there and was sat at home with a cold. My partner explained that I have never suffered from allergies and that it was definately a head cold . The pharmacist continued to insist that I was suffering from allergies and offered anti hystamines . So for all you people out there who are sick apparently this pharmacist is a medical genius who can tell you what is really making you sick without even seeing you and without being an actual doctor .Perhaps customer service training would be of use.

Went in. Spent 30 seconds in the skin care section deciding and trying to find what I wanted and when I started to worry cos I couldn't find it immediately a worker came over. I asked her where it was and she took me over there and it was correct and it was there and I was very very happy.

Been going to this pharmacy for 6 year's now and have found staff to be most kind to meYes there have been odd items that they don't certain stock due to Priceline supply issues, but They try to do their best, even advising alternate chemists

Today I went there to purchased some beauty products. I asked simple question but the beauty consultant was answering with high volume and was not in the point then she realised that she was not answer correctly. She was gossiping with other staff when I came to her. She has brown skin colour (asian I guess) and eyelash extension. What a customer service? Educate your staff to respect customer.

If there was a 0 star I wouldn’t hesitate to select. Today I presented Priceline Minto to get essential items, I was rudely told by a representative (brown skin, south Asian I assume, with glasses) that it’s 6pm and the shop is closing. I kindly asked her can you please give me one minute I need to grab something quickly, she responded rudely ‘no you can’t! We are closed now, it’s 6pm’ she then attempted to escort me to the cashier. Standing in front of the store and screaming ITS 6, WERE CLOSED is not the way to go. If I wasn’t in need to purchase my items I would have left my shopping basket in her hands and walked out so she can promptly close at 6pm since she is in such a need to rush home. Disgusting behaviour, lack of respect, no wonder the ratings are an impressive 3/5. Congratualtions Priceline’s team, you’ve outdone yourselves with the service, especially that one wonderful representative.
