My parcel was delivered yesterday. It was to be left in a safe place on my front veranda. It was left in front of my letterbox on top of a 45 cm hedge. Anyone could have just walked past and picked it up. So much for safe delivery.

Can't believe Aramex get so many one star reviews!Package near enough turned up on time, and the only thing missing was the Instruction Manual for the SteamerOf course the original packaging had near enough been totally destroyed but to be fair they used an inordinate amount of tape to try and tape it back together properly, even using a big piece of cardboard to patch the remaining very large hole in the package. Fortunately no real damage to the contents even if one of the rubber mounting feet for the base come off and been stuck back in the lid of the Steamer for some reason

Best advice I can give is DO NOT USE!Online Tracking showed my goods came into LST in only 1 day, but Fastway decided not to deliver to my place. When you then try to call the depot as suggested on the tracking site, Fastway Aramex uses a mobile phone number that they don't quickly respond to, taking hours-days-or not at all.After 2 weeks of me trying to access the pick up they told me (in sms) 319 Invermay rd mowbray " which is about 2km south the complete other side of Mowbray. It took 20 more minutes to find them -name change confusion didn't help searches. Their shed is at 120 Invermay Rd.

Very poor service. My parcel was due to arrive between 22/12 and 26/12 it has now been sitting in Melbourne since the 22/12 and no plans on getting it to Tasmania till next week. Tried emailing as I can’t ring in business hours and all I get is very poor put together sentence and things I already know, no answer on anything really. I had to contact a friend in a different freight company to find out any idea what was going on. I don’t understand why business use this freight company as you never hear anything good.

It took over a week for my parcel to get from Melbourne to Launceston, then floated around in a delivery truck for 2 days before once again, all I got was the “sorry we missed you” card. I work from home, there is no possible way to miss me. Not sure what the delivery drivers do, because they don’t deliver parcels. In future I will be checking with every company I buy from to ensure they do not use Aramex before I make purchases.

This is the 2nd time they hold my parcel for 4-5 days without delivering it contacted them and they can't even track the right parcel and gave me the wrong information very poor service and here I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered not happy at all. Still waiting for my parcel to be delivered I called more than 10 times and told me it will get delivered today every single time I called but it never did, One of the guys even hung up on me while I was still talking, if you can't even delivery parcel on time the company shouldn't even exist at all very poor services, useless couriers

Do not use, it took nearly 2 weeks to deliver a parcel from Sydney to TAS after it was posted, just sat in the Depo for days then the driver just left a slip in the mailbox saying no one was home to accept package" that was completely wrong

Actually worst delivery company, delivery driver wouldn't deliver to letterbox because of dogs inside the fence.Then parcel won't be ready for collection till following day as he's knocked off and taken my parcel home for the night.

Was supposed to receive a package today and spent the morning sitting in the living room by the front door not to miss it. Instead I received a 'Sorry we missed you!' email. More like sorry we couldn't be arsed to walk 10 seconds to the front door, come to us instead.Incredibly disappointed by the lazy service, especially frustrating when your depot is closed on the weekend with only 5 days to collect, how is someone with a 9-5 meant to get what they paid for.

It happened for the 3rd time. Tracking shows parcel arrived in depot. However, it is not delivered even after 2-3 days. In the 2nd instance I had to go to the courier's home (as I know where he lives) to collect it after 1 week of holding. You must replace this employee (he delivers to post code 7248) without further ruining even the little reputation you have. The contact number for the aramex employee given on the tracking page has never been reachable. You could try yourself. It just goes to a recording.
