Weird feel to this old store with the split levels and clear need for a refurb. Not actually a big store even though the layout seems big. Staff zoom around a lot without any offers to help. Very different to the nice new stores.

The shoe section is always a mess, never anyone there to help with service. Last 2 times I’ve been there in the last month the shoe department has been terrible, no prices on shoes, mens shoes in the womens area. I don’t even bother with rebel stores anymore as they are always a mess. Better off ordering online, might actually have a chance of getting what you want. Also they tried to charge me $220 for runners which had been damaged and flared. The worker didn’t even notice until I said something. Very disappointed as I’ve been shopping at that rebel since I was a teen.

I wandered around the store for 20 minutes trying to find what I was looking for and could not find a single staff member other than those working behind the counter at the registers. Not a single staff member on the floor. I eventually found what I was looking for, through no help from staff.

Very large selection so definitely something here for everyone. Some good specials on as well. Customer service left a little to be desired. Also, the shop is kind of awkwardly situated in the shopping centre, as you either have to walk through a number of other shops, or go all the way outside if you want to get here.

Just came in to find some grippy socks for reformer pilates, had no idea where or what to look for, so luckily Aliyah was there to help. She spent about 15 minutes helping me search for these socks and was so funny and polite the entire time. So so grateful for her help.

Good store, but a bit of a rabbit warren upstairs, downstairs, around the bend to find what you want. But the store is well run and staffed with people always ready to help

The store seems small at first but there literal levels to this thing. The stock is almost the same but somehow they got hidden gems that you wouldn't find at other stores, the one running shirt I been looking for in 3 different store was in abundance here. Overall a very good store pretty clean too.

Came here twice in total, and I feel here is good for sports stuff.Mainly simple style clothes, and not the most newest style. But I can find some styles that I think are good. I found a very good hat when I first discounted it.The service is not bad, and I Love the special sales time at here.

Staff was nice all except ONE.The blonde dude with the mullet is rude and unhelpful. I gave him a description of what I wanted since I didn’t know the name for it. He didn’t listen and just said “No we dont have it” with an annoyed face. He makes me feels guilty for asking?! I asked another staff and they showed me where the product was.Just wanted to write this review to tell the store to check their staff’s attitudeThe rest of the staff made up for this though.
