I was extremely satisfied with the customer service there. The bloke who was more than happy to pierce my 18mo daughters ears was the most gentle, kind and caring guy ever. The tattooist in the back were so lovely and mindful. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLACE. If you have a young baby/toddler who you want to have their ears pierced. This is the place.
