Front service staff here have a bad attitude and weren't interested in serving me. I guess you need to wear a Reece shirt to get the good treatment. I'll go elsewhere next time

Came in with a problem, I needed a specific product which in turn was out of stock. Unavailable in all stores on the Central Coast. Staff that I spoke to provided an awesome solution for half the price. I couldn’t be more grateful for great customer service at 6:30 am. Thanks.

I visited Erina (Front door wouldn't open even though hours on door stated 7am-5pm.A Reece 'customer service' woman was seated at a desk in full view of me endeavoring to enter store. I checked hours and knocked to gain her attention. She gesticulated annoyingly that I was to go 'around the back'. Pointed to her watch and waving her hands as if to indicate 'she' wasn't open. Trade entrance at side was opened and I was greeted warmly by 4 smiling guys. I asked whether front showroom was open, 'yes and please go through.... can we help etc' . I relayed my experience with the 'customer service' woman and they all grimaced and laughingly said 'awkward'! Apologies in abundance from the guys however and the reason for this post.... I walked into the showroom and when one of the guys asked if she was having a difficult morning, she replied annoyingly... 'I came in early to get some work done!' Hmmmm may not, should not have a job (to get work done) in customer service lady. ps I tried to call the store to speak with Manager (rather than post review) however phone rings 6 times then is disconnected hmmmm.
