I came to Rob for help around stress that I was having in my home life and in my busy work life. Though I live in Sydney, we were able to connect via Zoom - I was actually surprised at how well it went. Rob is kind, thoughtful and actually made therapy something i looked forward to .I think the biggest take away, is that Rob has helped me see myself in a different way - i'm less critical and more curious and compassionate these days. I'm currently working with Rob and am finding it very beneficial. I have tried several forms of psychotherapy before but they didn't really click with me. I really like his unique approach and his valuable insights. He's very patient and together we celebrate the wins, no matter how small" they may seem. Rob is very insightful in noting my non-verbal cues and holds me accountable when I try to evade and deliberately circle around the issue.
