Realign Body Myotherapy- HICAPS, Deep tissue massage, and Dry needling

I’ve been seeing Haru for remedial massage for a few years now. Usually for general body maintenance. Very professional, friendly, informative. Always on time, very clean and organised with appointments. His approach to remedial massage is detailed, working on the right muscles and right areas, using the right technique and pressure and is very good at managing time that he’s usually able to work through my entire body all the way to the neck all in one hour and without feeling rushed. I always feel “fixed” after each session. Highly recommended therapist.

I have been going to see Haru for 8 years and I couldn't reccomend him more to people that need any type of muscle treatment. He heals me every time I see him for a quick recovery from labour and athletic pains. On top of that he always gives me useful advice to work on the areas I need at home.

Haru is a very skilled and competent practitioner, operating from modern and clean premises. I have been seeing him regularly for a number of years, and he is the only massage therapist I use and recommend to friends and family.
