FairScan

We've used FairScan a number of times at trade shows and have found it to be a really helpful and reliable order taking system. There are two things that I especially love - the great support and the reliable technology. There are more modern" order taking tools out there that use iPads etc - but when you're trying to write hundreds of orders you want something that's tried and true and that will work. There are hiccoughs and there are problems - BUT Luke and the guys at FairScan are generally always around to help (e.g. I'm sitting here at 2130 and had an issue - I was able to get hold of the FairScan team and had my problem fixed).When we set up we needed some bespoke integration with Neto sorted out - Luke was able to make that happen.
