Very good service and pressure free. I went in to be fitted for a wedding and the male who looked after me was very helpful and took his time when though he knew he wasn't getting the sale. Really impressed.

Wonderful Museum of RM. The sales staff is attentive and friendly.

It has clearly never changed, you can look at the photos of the celebrities in the store and it is exactly the same, not sure if that’s a good thing or not. I will say we went around lunch time and the whole place smelled like soup, I don’t like that.

After going to two outlets in Perth to receive poor service and low knowledge of the products, I made my way to the home of RM Williams and received great service with excellent knowledge of the products.

Really disappointed with my experience today. I went into your Percy street heritage store to purchase a pair of boots. I was choosing between 2 styles. Both of them not available in my size. Then my 3rd choice was available but didn’t fit so I asked if I could go up a size only to be told they were also unavailable.I’m a 9 women’s and wanted them in black.Really in your flagship store doesn’t hold stock of every boot in every size !!!!The customer service lady did not see particularly concerned. Did not offer to check other Adelaide store for stock and disappeared once she knew there was nothing in my size.Very disappointed to say the least.

Dropped my tired old boots off for a freshen up today.The staff were extremely helpful in recommending the way ahead.I'll receive my updated boots in March.... cannot wait to see them fitted with new leather soles and new elastic sides.At half the cost of a new pair, it's worth every cent.The museum inside the establishment is well worth a look, and is free.

Fantastic shopping experience!!Thanasi was a wonderful sales person. He couldn’t have been more helpful, getting different colours and sizes of clothing for me.He patiently got bags from shelves all over the store and was able to help me choose a duffel bag for my son.The shop is laid out well with lots of room to move around and has nice private changing rooms.Thanasi also spent a long time explaining how I can have custom made boots for my daughter, and all the different options available. Great for someone to spend all this time when I wasn’t purchasing the boots today and they possibly may end up being bought in a Melbourne store. Nothing was too much trouble.I highly recommend the store and the products. “You get what you pay for”. Timeless quality.Make sure you visit the museum while you’re there. It’s wonderful.

Was great to visit the original RM Williams store. Went there with my wife to buy her her first pair of RM boots. Staff there were absolutely friendly. Know their product and sizes. Got a great boot that my wife has now worn constantly for two days.

Went to the Prospect store today. We were assisted by Travis. Lovely young man. Great customer service. Very helpful and friendly. We were very happy leaving with a new pair of pants and a shirt for my husband. He will look terrific at the wedding we are going to on Sydney Harbour.This young man is a great sales person.Thank you Travis for your undivided attention.
