Aramex Adelaide is pathetic ive tryed ringing them and the phone rings out there useless chat system leaves you waiting all day with no reply,there tracking system is a joke hardly ever updates and when you put ids in to tracking it never works.Its clear they dont read there website reviews ,I dont want to give any rating stars but have to to post this...do not use this mob

Pity there is no zero rating to select. No one answers their phone. Their collection point is an insane distance to drive to and to request an alternative delivery their standard response is we cannot guarantee this so there is NO point requesting it. Before I purchase anything in future I will find out who their courier service is and it will be the deciding factor to purchase or not.

Aramex - totally agree with all of the other comments. Have just spent an hour on their so-called chat" trying to find out who is sending me a parcel as I have just shifted house and have NOT ordered anything

There was considerable delay in forwarding on an international parcel which had arrived and cleared customs in Melbourne before it reached me in Adelaide - Seven days. I was awake but I heard no knock on the front door to alert me that I was receiving the parcel. I received a text to say that the parcel had been delivered at 7:04 AM It was supposed to be left in a safe place - which was the front door under the verandah and not in the line of sight from passers by. I found it near the front gate and letter box in full view. I very much doubt that the driver even bothered to walk to the front door! I do not recommend this company and I will be advising the sender of my parcel not to use this service.

don't bother with this lot ,try and phone them lol there all robots.We live in chandlers hill area and they won't deliver , but they have a courier in abefoyle pk. Are totally useless sent our package back to sender and sender has no record of it sent back

Can never talk to a real person. Phone number is just a mail box. Email is just auto replies. Whatsapp and online chat is just a bot. My order has been two weeks and I don't think I will ever know where it will end up to. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE AS THERE IS NO SERVICE. 0 STAR if I could.

I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with these people. Complete lack of service. Constant lies, rude chat replies and forever saying the same thing daily for 2 weeks. I can not believe how they post about mental health on their facebook page all whilst causing people stress because of their conduct. Get out the courier game.

Item remains in depot for 11days, can’t provide a delivery date, the text replies are dismissive. Rely that the parcel is in the queue is unacceptable. Never use this company.

This company has to be investigated by the authorities to find out what they heck they are doing. No one turns up for delivery, text messages left, no one answers the calls, put the calls through a long and repetitive recording with no one at the end of the line after holding up for a long time, trying to charge a small fee for redelivery, no possibility of tracking the item online - it is a complete scam. These people should not be allowed to operate in a country like Australia. I'm going to follow this up through the right channels to get some answers.
