Completely bad customer service. There is indian lady look like brand manager. Her attitude was so disrespectful. I am the clients come to close my account but she treat me like criminal. What a shame. Better take anyother bank or brand. Worse customers service ever

Guys don't buy insurance at this company cause if there was a accident or something they wouldn't do anything and would tell us to call the other group to help you with. Even try saying not to bother them.

Holiday trading hours sign at branch doors and google maps specified branch is opened and trading until 5pm today.Arrived to the branch and it's closed. ATMs not accepting deposits. Such an inconvenience, why bother with Holiday trading if you're not going to adhere to it

I went to this bank deposit some money to someone account. $5000. I told to that lady count the money on machine again. She counted and said there’s $4900 only. Then I took money again and count my self there’s $5000. Then she started to count manually again. Then she said yes there’s $5000. Are they trying to steal the money from people or what is this.. ?? Please be careful very dangerous place to deal. If you take money from account from this bank don’t forget to count infront of them.. I think they have very good experience stealing money from people and I’m pretty sure I’m not the first person..

Worst bank to deal with, customer service was horrific, asian's who can't speak English trying to serve me very rudely. Terrible experience.
