Absolute Domestics East Melbourne

I have tried Absolute Domestics 3 times now and their cleaners have been appalling - either not completing the job or just not showing up. It's so disrespectful of our time and schedule when we're likely hiring a cleaning company because we want just ONE thing taken off our plate - instead it's back and fourth with a company that is so internally messy they don't get back to you for weeks.

Our cleaning lady Gayleen looks after the place better than we do. She often does little extra jobs like scrub the grout in the kitchen floor area and clean the panoramic window inside and out. It’s such a pleasure to come home on the days Gayleen has been and cleaned our home.

As per your request via email I'm writing this review of the services I've received from Absolute Domestics.I'd have to say that over the time that I've been a customer of Absolute Domestics I've had a few cleaners come to clean my home. Unfortunately I've not been terribly impressed with the service I've received from some of them as I have felt that there hasn't been very good communication between myself and some of the cleaners as well as their attention to detail has not been up to my standards.However there was a time a while back where I was fed up and feeling like I wanted to leave Absolute Domestics until I spoke with a lovely woman at your office by the name of Rebecca who put me in touch with a cleaner Called Faye.Despite feeling a little fed up with my overall experience I decided to see how I would go with Faye.To date Faye has been absolutely fantastic. She has been very good to communicate with and if there is anything I would like to bring to her attention she takes it on board and applies it on her next visit to clean the apartment. Faye is fantastic and has completely changed my feelings towards Absolute Domestics. If I can I'd like to keep her as our house cleaner always. She is amazing. I'm very happy with her cleaning services. A big thumbs up for Faye. :)

Wonderful! I’ve never looked back. This company is very professional, and my cleaner Susan is a star and I love having her in my home to help. Just once a fortnight to do the bathrooms, floors, dusting, kitchen, wipe all surfaces and other spot items like windows when they need doing. Affordable and practical! Susan is part of the home now, always welcome!

Each of the cleaners I've had so far has been great. I've not had any issues and if my current cleaner goes on holidays they will make arrangements for a new one. Very happy with the service, I even kept my cleaner when I was between jobs!!

We are so thrilled we the work that Mohammed does for us. He puts my cleaning efforts to shame as always leaves our home so shiny and spotless. He's easy to make contact with and always so professional and reliable. I cannot praise him enough.

As a family, we had four very reliable and loyal cleaners via this service, after being recommended by a friend a few years back. Very happy.

I am very pleased with this cleaning company who brought me my wonderful cleaner Karen. She is the best and she has been cleaning my house for around 2 years. Highly recommended service.

Have twice been “assigned” a cleaner and twice it’s fallen through. Communication from the head office has not been proactive and communication from both cleaners assigned was non-existent. Took two weeks of back and forth for nothing - I’m not sure how much they engage their network of cleaners. I would not leave this review if they were honest and just told me they didn’t have people available.
