Where does one start.... Olivia Tolliday went above and beyond and exceeded all of our expectations in booking our overseas holidays, we were not easy clients, with our abundance of questions, constant changing of plans, and our indecisiveness as we were not 100% sure on what exactly we wanted, but Olivia's professionalism did not waiver. Olivia was ready, willing and able at every turn, her friendly, bubbly, yet extremely professional personailty never faulted. We appreciate everything Olivia did for us immensely, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to book their holidays, you will not be disappointed this girl knows her stuff. Thanks again Olivia, we will most certainly be coming to you for our yearly overseas trips from here on out.

Terrible experience, paid for return flights and a hotel for a weekend away interstate. Arrived at the airport to find our tickets hadn’t been confirmed by flight centre and had to pay almost triple what the tickets cost originally to get on the fight. Totally ruined our holiday as our flight home wasn’t confirmed after 4 calls to the 24hr assist call centre. Finally the day before we flew home our tickets were booked. Was told three days in a row that I would be called by this store to sort everything out and not to worry. That never happened. I had to spend hours on my phone whilst on holiday trying to work out how I was getting home. I did receive an email from the store but didn’t notice it as I was expecting a call (as I had been told to expect one). The manager lied to my face about what went wrong with the booking and it’s been a week and I still haven’t been reimbursed for the extra cost of the flights.I would avoid this place at all costs.

I am extremely appreciative of the assistance that I received from here. Their staff member Melani McGregor, was extremely helpful when booking my return flights, hotel accommodation and health insurance, and all other requirements to assist me in applying for the Thailand Pass, for my holiday in Phuket, Thailand.

Absolutely lovely young lady that booked my trip to Sth Africa on exactly the flights I wanted! She was wonderful!

I was heartbroken Feb 28 /23 when I arrived the airport. Jacinta and I had already discussed details of my arrival and first night of stay. To my utter shock and distress there was no body there to pick me up from the airport and no booking for me at the hotel. Jacinta Brooks and I had clearly discussed this prior to booking. I was so stressed and upset when I realised she hadn’t made those bookings. I was also very worried about how the rest of my trip was going to go considering I had trusted her with the whole booking. I emailed her straight away and never got a reply. Not even after I returned 1 month later. I called on the phone and talked to someone else at Flight Centre and they said Jacinta would get back to me – it has been a few days and she hasn’t returned my call. I feel neglected by Jacinta, like she didn’t care about only about my payment. I still deserve a response and an explanation. If it’s her fault then I deserve an apology and refund . .From Nenita Commons
