After many issues with Telstra I decided to make the change to Optus and have 0 regrets, Randall was so welcoming, explained everything so I was understanding of my whole plan contract. I couldn’t get there until late but he was happy to stay back to help me.100% would recommend to anyone thinking about switching over.Haven’t had any issues with minimal reception etc.
