They clearly have some planted reviews here since this place is disgustingly dirty all the time, and the young people working in there treat it like an extension of a school lunch break where they stand around laughing and pranking each other. They also give away free food to their friends who they hug and laugh with while paying customers are waiting. I'd bet some of them are related to the owners with the way they treat the place and act like they won't be fired for behaving like they do.

The last three visits I requested no thigh pieces, however, each time I was given numerous pieces of thigh. Tonight I ordered 6 pieces of chicken, 50% was thigh, even though the drive through staff clearly repeated no thigh" when she stated my order.I'm not sure if the staff are incompetent

The staff spent all their time with their backs to the customers staring at their screens. Didn't call my name out when the order was ready. When I did finally get my order, the burger was stone cold and hastiy slapped together. One of the worst KFC dining experiences ever.

We stop in after shopping each week. Place is always dirty. Tables and floors. Staff seem to not care. Asked for table to be cleaned and told when she was ready she would do it. Asked her to do immediately. She did one table for us but so many covered in food and rubbish. Floors covered in food. Staff not busy and standing around talking.

Was a very dirty store. I’m usually not a person to write negative reviews but i have to say this was a horrible experience. Went through drive though at about 9pm, just kids/teens working and they had music blaring and singing loud and yelling weird stuff. Saw stuff taking snapchats and photos, while i’m here waiting for my order for about 10-15 mins. They really need a grown mature adult to control them and the store.

I went there the other night through the drive through they informed me that their till wasn't working so it was cash only I asked the young boy if it was possible for someone to come out and take my cash as I only had cash and I had my 2 young children in the car my baby was asleep but he said no we can't do that (they weren't busy) this just pushed me over the edge after an already extremely hard day kindness goes along way people!! And where is the customer service these days? I ended up leaving without the food and went elsewhere very disappointing as we are regulars there and the food is normally amazing!

I dont normally eat in at kfc but now wish I hadn't....Loud loud music, teen workers singing, store is so dirty, floor you can see all footstepsof all who have walked through, windows/ sliding doors facing the road disgusting, tables so dirty , garden to our right full of rubbish, frozen drink machine not working .My question is where is management??Im sure customers don't need to listen to hip hop rap so loud you can't hear yourself talking..We would now think twice about coming to this store again!!

Get in the bin.I dont know for a fact, but this could be the worst KFC in Perth.The only consistency with this fast food outlet is its ability to forget things, serve cold unsalted chips, forget sauces and serve crispy tenders one day and soggy ones every other day.Ill still order from there because even a broken clock is right once, but please get it together.

We went there tonight and experienced the rudest customer service we've ever had. Firstly, the young Asian boy serving stole money from a man who left it to be put in the donation jar. Then he took ages taking our order. After this, some other people came in that he obviously knew and proceeded to take their order for a drink...and when he got their drink he gave them free popcorn chicken ...which he proceeded to get for them before serving other customers who paid and were waiting (some for the same thing). Then a young blonde girl smirked and waved at me from out the back. When I didn't respond to her, she started loudly b.tching about me out the back. They obviously have no Duty Managers on at nights, if they treat the place like they can steal from their boss and rudely talk about paying customers who are rightfully upset after waiting almost half an hour for two things...while they serve their friends free food. I'd give zero if it was an option, now b.tch about that little girl.
