Didn't actually end up having my car serviced with these guys (they suggested I go with the dealer due to the nature of my car issue), but I found them to be very knowledgable and kind. They generously heard me out when explaining my car's problems and gave me advice on how best to proceed even though they didn't end up getting the business out of it. They gave me the impression that they were a customer focussed company versus money focussed.If and when I do have an Auto Electrical need, I will definitely return to these guys (and suggest for others to do the same!).

I took my Tiguan to Bishop Auto Electrics as a faulty passenger airbag icon was showing on the dashboard. I was met by a friendly man Chris who opened the door for me, attended to the problem immediately, reset the light and even offered to fit me into their busy schedule before Easter , as I needed to transport a passenger. I highly recommend this service.

Outstanding service. Took my car there after it being a lawn ornament for over 6 months and no one knew the problem, took it to these guys after being recommended through Shaw and they fixed it within a week and changed up all the wiring to be perfect for a low cost. Highly recommend.
