Deer Park Compounding Pharmacy

I had to get some legal paperwork signed at this pharmacy by Chris.He told me to come between 3pm-4pm.Was there by 3:30pm.It was not busy at all. Chris was standing behind his counter doing nothing much, but made me unnessarily wait for almost over 25 minutes for just a 2 minute job....no apology.

Great down to earth staff, very helpful and dispensed good advice. Not an ordinary chemist.

I get that this small community pharmacy may not be cheaper, but you're likely paying for a little girl's after school activity or a little boy's tutoring instead of lining pockets of people who don't need it.Clearly a small business with staff who are knowledgeable, give you the time of day and are super friendly and thoughtful.I choose to go here over cheaper places because you won't get service like this anywhere else and I love how they go the extra mile.It's a specialist compounding pharmacy and deserves the communities' support, I'll keep going here.

Very very disappointed for medicine prices.I purchased staphylex medicine from deer park pharmacy and they cost me 25$.Next week I purchased same medics from chemis wearhouse they cost me 12.50$Really very very shameful specially during covid time you guys sell medicine for double price.

Please dont waste your time with this circus of a pharmacy. The most unprofessional pharmacy. I put in a compounding script a month ago. They forgot about it so when i follow up a week and half later, they said they forgot about it and asked to make payment. I called to make payment over the phn, to only have a unprofessional staff member attempt to take my credit card details but ask me how much she should charge my card. No idea what script this payment is for - clueless! Then after payment, it has been a week and half and im still waiting! So when i have emailed them to ask whats going on, apparently the ingredient they dont have will be in tomorrow. Now i think they have again forgotten my script as it would have been ideal to let me know that it will take 2 weeks for an ingredient to come in. Seriosuly i wish i just went to the compounding pharmacy in coburg where i go previously and drove the extra half hour... so to sum up iv been waiting just under A MONTH for Deer Park Compounding PHarmacy to complete my script.

I have used this Pharmacy regular over the years - I find them Professional, Courteous and very helpful with questions and information regarding my prescriptions. The Chemist has advised me on a number of occasions regarding my medications - my Doctor didn't even go into the detail this Chemist did - and I thank them for that. I also love the Gift range they provide. Over all, I can't fault this Pharmacy as it provides more personal attention than the 'rushed' bigger Pharmacies.Kind Regards

Awful customer service. Not to blame the individual workers; they’re doing their best with the apparent poor training they’ve received. The owner is incredibly rude to not only customers but his own staff. When I have been coming there for many years, then to have only half a script and not be told they ran out and get told “probably will be in tomorrow”. Not the first time there’s being a hold up or a mistake. Constant miscommunication. The average wait time is 20 minutes for any prescription. Rotating door of staff, often feel uncomfortable the moment I walk in there; you can tell when you walk in if the owner is in a mood or not. It seems this business does not care about anything or anyone.

Very bad place booked my vaccine shot here and because I was the only one for the day, they didn't want to give me my shot. Very rude, very unprofessional and they told me to come tomorrow cause they're not ready. Not coming here and don't recommend anyone.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for decades. The customer service is exemplary and their advice/feedback on medication is exceptional. I highly recommend Deer Park Compounding Pharmacy. They will have my business on support for decades to come. Job well done guys!
