Have used this rental company at Caloundra twice now and must say I was taken back with the service i received being twice as good the 2nd time round. The young lady Kim remembered me from previous visit and was so nice to be greeted with a smile and addressed by my name. Without hesitation wold recommend and will definately be utilising again. Thank You

The service at Hertz Caloundra is impeccable, I would highly Recommend coming here. After dealing with this company for many years i definitely can say this store is much better than many competing stores! especially when dealing with the Caloundra Manager. Absolutely lovely woman! I will definitely be coming back for future rentals!!!

Absolutely wonderful staff! The 2 ladies I dealt with were so helpful and lovely. I was looked after, and my special circumstances were taken into consideration . She helped me, and it made a huge difference by doing so. I would not hesitate to use this business again!

Very impressed with the service I received I got a hire car from Hertz for over a week due to my car getting smash repairs and it was complimentary. The service was great and friendly and nice new car to drive!!

The woman who works behind the desk was extremely rude, I have a medical exemption to not wear a mask and I was verbally attacked and forced to put my shirt over my face. I was made to feel insignificant and disregarded because of my medical exemption and it was a terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone who wants have a good day. If I wasn’t forced to go there because of my insurance I would be taking my business elsewhere and I would recommend you do the same.

Rude staff, also $200 security deposit gets withdrawn from your account after a month of having hire vehicle after a NOT AT FAULT CAR ACCIDENT. Obviously don’t care about their customers & just inconvenience them more

Absolute worst service ever. Car was filthy on pick up, seats were stained, had long hair on seats and carpet all over. When I pointed it out, the clerk was rude and obnoxious, to the stage that she almost said take it or leave". When I returned the car she was actually very rude when I asked her to inspect the car as I returned extremely clean and didn't want them to play "unclean" card and try to charge a cleaning fee. She told me they will inspect it later

I found that as a customer of an insurance claim and therefore not a loyal client, you are treated as a hindrance rather than a potential new customer. If I ran my business this way, my customer base would quickly disappear.

Kim form Hertz was so helpful and professional in resolving my over payment issue asap. I had a large amount charged incorrectly to my credit card by my insurance provider causing financial pressure to myself especially at this time of year. Kim worked for several hours with my insurance company to have issue resolved and money refunded immediately. The customer service I received from Kim from my over all experience with Hertz Caloundra was fantastic, highly recommend.
