MY COFFEE FIX

Joel fixed several issues with my Breville espresso machine and got it operating like new again. Very knowledgeable about espresso machines and friendly customer service. Vittorio communicated very well and provided both efficient and reliable service. Highly recommended

I had a service and repair job done on a Bezzera Magica. It was a slow process and I did all the calling to get progress reports. For 1/3rd the cost of the machine (!), it was definitely fixed, but the 'service' itself was very average. The screw-in top was bent in the corners, so I had to remove, bend back into shape, and reinstall properly myself. Rubber washers were not replaced in places I could see. The steam wand was 'wobbly' when it went in, and came back the same way. I'll have to fix this too. I think they may be able to do a good job, but were just too busy and rushed. Back to di Bartoli for me!

Vittorio at My Coffee Fix is the only place to go for all your espresso needs. He's serviced my home coffee machine every couple of years for a while now. Always does a top job and brings it back to near new. Has a great range of machines for sale too, many are refurbished at a fraction of the new price, but look gleaming new.

Much better experience than di Bartoli. Would recommend.

Victorio has been servicing my different home coffee machines for at least the last 25 years, the great service I have received over the 25 years has always been at the highest level and you couldn't ask for better customer service, couldn't be happier well done.

Vittorio was very helpful in finding a replacement part for my Bezzera BZ99. He was professional and quick with his communication. The part was mailed out to me and when there was a mixup with delivery, he sorted it out promptly.

Great team, very knowledgeable and nothing fills me with confidence quite like arriving at a small warehouse full of every machine imaginable in varying states of repair/service. Taken my Bezzera bz10 twice now for servicing and will continue.

Save yourself some time and probably money and look elsewhere for service on machines. I have a Profitec Pro 700 which had been stored long term (5 year) without the system being purged of water, which was clearly going to damage any components in contact with water. The team quoted me $880 to fix the machine which seemed high so I offered to pay the $99 quotation fee and go elsewhere with the machine.When I went to pick up the machine, there was no written quote available and I was told to come back if I wanted an itemised quote. Over a week later, after numerous calls to see what was happening with the quote, I have picked up my machine, the boilers no longer heat up (which were heating fine when I dropped the machine off), there are damaged electrical connecters in the system, a lot of the internal plating in the grouphead has been stripped with whatever they flushed the machine with.Save yourself some trouble and go to one of the numerous alternatives out there.
