Worst customer service I have every experienced, the person that handed my daughters happy meal to me was sooo rude. The cheese burger was cold, not wrapped, cheese was on the wrapper not the burger and the sauce was all over the top of the burger. The fries were not even in a bag just tipped in the box. This Maccas has been bad for a long time. I think the owner needs to take a little more pride in what they are delivering. People are paying for a service and a meal. absolutely poor

Worst drive through experience ever...not sure if it's just beginning of school holiday thing, only young staff but without properly training with customers. Taking order in rude way, serving drinks without lids closed up properly (spilled outside our car)...Can't believe it's happen at McDonald's ! Manager did say sorry sincerely. To young staff, if you are Not ready for today to work, please don't come coz' your behavior represents McDonald's.

Arrived at 6.10am for my usual brekky and there was a massive line up at the drive through. Staff were just arriving at the store. Everyone reversed and left. This has to be the worst McDonald's in cairns, I only go here because it's convenient and on my way to work. Never again!!! They constantly forget your orders and it's time consuming having to go back in and collect your original order. Something needs to be done with this place.

Female manager eating bare handed out of fryer vat , terrible service on phone in front of customers bad wait time , all of these were managers aswell, pressing to say the order is done then it taking way longer so it seems like they are getting orders out faster than they are

If you're a history buff you'll love their burgers. I had to contact NASA to find out how old my last el maco was. They said something about paleolithic era, I wasn't really listening, too busy picking up my teeth from biting into it.

I ordered a Caesar salad with extra chicken in a medium size meal, got a medium choc frappe, and the garden salad as the side, the garden salad is supposed to come with tomatoes, cucumber, and lettuce it never came with cucumber and the Caesar salad never came with croutons or cutlery or parmesan. When you add on extra ingredients it costs more and I paid extra money and never got what I paid for, I am so disappointed every time I order from redlynch maccas.

This Macdonalds tends to get very busy in the afternoons during school terms. The McCafe is quite good and they have a reasonable indoor play area for kids. There is also a separate party room. Cleanliness varies a lot, depending of staff numbers, and staff can vary from friendly to disinterested. I really dislike the push to order through kiosks and it seems you can't escape it at any Macdonalds. Very inconsistent in terms of food quality, service efficiency, cleanliness and customer service.

I like this Mc Donald's, it would have been 5 stars but when i go there with my wife the tables are dirty so its like we looking around for a clean table.
