I had Landmark air come out to service and repair our ducted system. Cassie was able to organise Rex to come out to the property. He was able to service and confirm what the error was within an efficient amount of time. He then returned promptly when the parts arrived and our system has never worked better. Would also like to thank Mark who called and confirmed we were happy with our service. Will be using again and will recommend to everyone.

Very happy with the response time and service from Landmark Air. Jake that came out to service my ducted gas heater was great, it was a horrible day and he ended up absolutely soaked and covered in mud, he still respected my home and didn't drag the mud in. He did everything he could and got the unit working again but unfortunately it was too old and producing too much Carbon Monoxide, its days were done. He was transparent and explained everything he was doing and showed me the readings that were just to high for my family to safely breath in. Next day Id received a quote for a new unit that I was very happy with and its booked in for install.Ill post another review when my new unit is installed.Matt F

My dealings with Landmark Air have been very positive, from booking the job, to the actual service. Rex gave our heater a service, and did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and professional, explained what was going on, and given the age of our heater, was super helpful in talking through what we might think about as our succession plan. Mark and his team replaced an aging McQuay system in my apartment with a new Panasonic system. Mark had extensive experience with AC installation in apartments and an excellent can do attitude. He was able to provide a system that met the strict requirements of my body corporate. The new unit fitted into my existing apartment, is more powerful and quieter than my old McQuay. This winter we are much warmer and comfortable with our new system.

The guys that attended were very professional and courteous, we had wet weather outside during install and they did a great job of keeping the house clean during the job. Cleaned up after themselves and would definitely use Landmark again.

Mark provided the initial consultation for installation of two split systems. He was reliable, friendly and on time. His product knowledge is great and his recommendations were excellent, with good prices.I was regularly contacted by the lovely office staff who kept me updated on the progress of my order and confirmation of the installation date.On the day of installation, Rex was prompt and friendly. He worked hard and constantly throughout the hot day to get the job done quickly and professionally. His friendly, happy nature is a credit to Landmark Air and his product knowledge is great, a lovely young guy.I can highly recommend Landmark Air without hesitation, for fast, reliable service at a good price. I have had the best experience from start to finish with Landmark Air. The gentlemen that came out were very professional and respectful. The quality of service was amazing and the price point was amazing. The guys explained everything they were doing and how to use the air-conditioner once it was installed, but most of all they were amazing with my 2 pups that were extremely interested in their every move. Would highly recommend Landmark Air!

Spit System A/C failed Christmas Day. Jayden was able to arrange for Trevor to attend on the 28/12/2022 and perform a temporary repair to get me though new years. Jayden was able to book in the job for permeant repair on the 4/01/2023. Trevor and Shaun attended on time and carried out the work to a high standard, rectifying the substandard work done by the original installer running the piping in a conspicuous manner. They were able to identify the cause of the leak which was due to the original installer. I can only give the highest recommendation of the Landmark team from Service Manager Mark Elworthy, Jayden, Technicians Trevor and Shaun. In this day of low performance it great to see a team that set the high standards in quality of work and customer service.
