I had a tractor delivered that I bought secondhand from a customer of Alto Motors. After starting it fine to get it off the truck I couldn’t get it started again once I turned it off. A call to Alto got me sorted. From Melina who took the call and made sure I was safe to Brad in the workshop who correctly suggested a loose battery terminal I couldn’t be more grateful for their great service and help. Excellent customer service, with follow up phone calls and an offer of free delivery to Bairnsdale. A shout-out to Bill who went the extra mile, promptly repairing our neglected Karcher and returning it to us in pristine condition.
