The entire staff at Adelaide Motorcycle Centre are fantastic. Their Knowledge on everything in the store is exceptional. I have bought a bike from here, and I have been having it serviced by them for the last two years. You are treated like family, they will ring you if they find something out of order, just to see if you would like it done. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't considering them as for your next purchase, service, or parts, you won't be sorry

Was looking for a present for my Dad and was browsing away but the staffer wouldn't stop haggling me about different things I could buy, so desperate he's trying to sell me a coffee mug as I'm walking out the door. Leave your customers until they ask questions next time. Good informative information from the man but he is non-stop and wouldn't stop haggling.

The customer service here is terrible. Buy your bike from interstate and have them ship it to you, it’s a little extra but the customer service is 100% better.

Buyer beware. Indian all models great bikes, but everything around them in this state is garbage.- Parts (Polaris), dog's breakfast of a logistics Company- Service offered $100 discount for taking so long, but then also jacked the price up so no real discount.- Received the bike finally and appears to be left in the rain and not detailed.I have owned Harley and Kawasaki Cruisers, but the support around this bike is the worst.Pro - Owner offered free details, but again they are located other side of Adelaide....

I live in Brisbane and recently purchased a used Honda VFR1200F sight-unseen from Brenton at Adelaide Motorcycle Centre. COVID travel restrictions meant I could not inspect in person, so I relied on Brenton to provide me with the information I needed to make my decision to purchase. Full credit and sincere thanks to Brenton for his professionalism and accuracy of information on the condition and history of the bike, and helping with transport arrangements. I could not be happier with my near-new Honda and cannot fault their service. Thanks!

After my sons Ducati Monster was reversed into by an elderly man, the service manager Paul, was so helpful in dissecting the repairs and preparing a submission for insurance. i cant thank Paul and the other staff i have spoken to, enough for their help in this stressful matter.
