Drummoyne is very lucky to have a lovely hardworking and compassionate nurse in Rossie. Sadly some of those in this line of work have lost compassion and animals suffer as a result. Thank you Rossie for all you do

I have tried to give this place a chance, as good reviews and close to home but the only way I can describe this place is cold. It seems they forget that people love their pets and they are a part of their family. The first few check ups were average, then my dog had an accident and had to be taken to emergency elsewhere due to timing, when I reported back to find out next steps on his recovery receptionist was totally disinterested and told me they were busy and to book elsewhere

Love the staff here, they're beautiful, helpful, friendly and genuinelÿ want to help. Thank you guys, love what you do!

These vets and nurses really truely care about your fur children so much. They do the very best.

Today I experienced wonderful care and kindness. I was looking after my daughters 4yo Moodle. At the groomer's (Palette Drummoyne) they found a tick and recommended Drummoyne Vet. Rushed down there and the wonderful ladies at the front desk took my daughter's Moodle, removed the tick and when I asked for the bill. It was free of charge. Really nice to see a place where care of the animals is more important than lining the wallet.. Well done both Palette Drummoyne (the grooming service) and Drummoyne Vet.

They welcome you with a big smile and friendly service and slowly get complacent once they think you are a loyal returning client. I don't like or hate this place. They made a mistake on my last visit which inconvenience me and my pet. I am not going to write on this review what happened. But I'm disappointed. Who knows? Next time my pet needs to go they may have a better day to be a 5 star again. I realised you just don't know what you will get from this place . This place, like alot of other veterinary clinics need to wake up and need to be better at running their business . What's wrong with veterinary clinics these days? They need to be consistent from the phone call, to the reception, and the vet or the vet nurse. Consistency, and taking responsibility for mistakes is the key tokeep client's bringing their four legged friend returning to pay your wages.

I have been a customer for at least 20 years and I’m incredibly disappointed to say I’ll no longer be coming here . My dog needed dental cleaning, a couple of teeth extracted and a growth removed from his eye - nothing complicated. This practice quoted me just over $3000, my dog had his procedure yesterday at another vet not far away. By contrast, I was quoted between $650 and up to $1000 depending on what was needed during the procedure - ended up being $850 a huge difference of $2150. I cannot begin to describe my anger at what appears to me, to be grossly inflated quotes to play on the emotions of pet owners who only want to look out for their companions. I do find it amusing though when we mentioned we would seek a second opinion, we were told we’d find this practice to be “competitive” - ah, don’t think so. My dog is doing really well since his procedure and I am too, having saved over $2000.

After purchasing worming tablets from this vet I googled the brand name as I hadn't heard of them before.... imagine my surprise when realised I had just paid five times the price they were being sold for online? Wow.

Liz, Steve and the team at Drummoyne Veterinary Hospital cared for my beautiful dog Crayon for the last 12 years. He sadly passed from cancer recently, but the beautiful care he received over the years was muchly appreciated by us. They helped with chronic bronchitis, the removal of mast cell tumours and frequent nail clippings from which Crayon had to be sedated. He was a funny dog with a strong personality and could be aggressive - but he was handled with compassion and a smile. Thank you so much for all the years of care - it is greatly appreciated.

Dr Steve and the team are fantastic. Animal focussed. Genuinely love my dogs. Giving practical and tailored advice to suit me, my budget and my dogs. Working well in COVID times too. Highly recommend!
