Found out the hard way today that the glass screen protection on my phone is actually silicon. Spoke to Manager at Hornsby. Refused to help except told to come back another day and speak to another employee in order to avoid responsibility.

I thought had a good experience but came to know that the shop is really expensive compared to others and also the guy in the shop literally gave me a wrong screen protector . Just realised it later . Do not try to scam ppl and sell stuffs like this. My watch screen could be seen properly also waste of money.
