DO NOT PURCHASE! INSURANCE FRAUD!I purchased a couch close to a year ago and bought the extended warranty to cover me for five years. Shortly after receiving the couch the wireless charging doc stopped working. I've been going back and forth with them for months over email and no action or help has been supplied. I bought a couch that coat 3.4k, and they can't assist me in anyway. It took them 8 months to inform me that the piece that doesn't work is no longer manufactured. And they would be happy to give me $200 store credit instead, and they obly were able to give me this small piece of information after i requested a refund. I declined. I have not heard back. Their insurance is essentially a scam. I will be visiting the store in person after reading these other reviews since I have the extended warranty to see if that makes any difference.

BUYER BEWARE! In December 2021 I bought several lovely pieces of timber furniture including a Chamberlain Dining Table. At that time the customer service was exceptional, and we love the items purchased. Our guests would complement the items and we would gladly recommend Johnny’s. In early December 2022 (Within 12 Month WARRANTY). I contacted Johnny’s @ North Lakes as the timber dining table had a few hairline cracks. I was asked to submit all the information including images. The reply I received from Johnny’s representative is that it was out of warranty as of the deposit date in November and not my final payment & delivery date in late December. I was informed “No additional coverage was taken out at time of purchase”. I reached out via email & phone on several occasions with no response. Prior to Christmas, I decided to pay an instore visit and I spoke to management, I was sternly informed that no further action will be taken on their behalf and if I wanted to take this further, I can contact ACCC (Australian Competition & Consumer Commission). WARRANTY, should always start from the delivery or pick up date, THAT’S THE LAW, I expressed!!! I was well within the 12-month warranty period. I will be taking this to ACCC as Johnny’s after sales requires attention. Shame, it has become a negative experience.

Beautiful range of quality furniture at reasonable pricing considering the competitors prices. Nice quiet shopping experience with friendly, helpful staff.

BUYER BEWARE!Awful quality furniture imported from China with no quality control procedures. Frame snapped after 9 months of minimal use (2 couches and only 2 people in the home). Wood is cheap and full of knots, not structurally sound. All of the cushions have completely lost their density and couch is sagging in multiple places, as seen in photos.After many many emails with Johnny's and the scam company that is Product Insurance Care (Johnny's Furnitures joke of a third party insurance provider) a replacement piece was offered for broken frame but Johnny's Furniture refuses to acknowledge the cushion problem - saying it is meant to be like that and that is normal for a 9-month old couch.Absolutely appalling. Will never shop here again....and I suggest you don't either!

My wife and I just got our new lounge and are very happy with it. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The two young delivery guys were great and careful with the goods. Overall it was a great experience and we're very happy with the service and the product, cheers!

Staff were very helpful and patient, provided us the information we required without being overbearing, was a refreshing thing to see. We came over two days and both times exceptional, we ordered what we wanted and they provided the info we needed leaving us having no questions to ask. Will be going back to order a coffee table and head unit in the near future.

Ordered a couch, they said it would take 2 months, it's been 7 months and the price of the couch is now 25% less. Sick of sitting on the picnic chair waiting for a 5 month overdue couch.Avoid this business!

Don't expect any follow up assistance with any warranty claims. You may have been in the same situation as us, purchased a 5 year leather and PRODUCT WARRANTY, told this covered the leather and the product. When we asked about the frame, they said yes. So we purchased, 4 years on the frame has called apart and we have reached out with ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION.In the process of lodging complaint with the ACCC, hopefully this place will pull their finger out and fix this situation.I strongly advise not going anywhere near this store.
