Worst barber experience I’ve ever had. Seems like none of the staff even wants to be there. Customer service was dreadful and was treated rudely. She was extremely rough with combing my hair and was cutting my hair as fast as she possibly could. It was like she just wanted to get it over and done with and not actually care about the end result.$37 is terribly over priced for the service I received.

Came for a haircut checked the website and says open until 5pm today, door also says 5pm. I got turned away by staff at 3:50pm. Pretty disappointing, made a trip specifically for a haircut

Horrible roster of barbers. Used to have good consistent young barbers that could cut any hairstyle and were good at fading. Now it’s just women and old guys that take 45 minutes to do a simple taper fade.

If you intend to have your close of business hours as 530pm then it should be 530pm. If you are also incooperating the clean up time/last client then change your business hours to 5pm so you can get out at 530pm. I turned up yesterday at 4:50pm with 3 children so my 3 year old could get a quick trim to find the doors were locked and a very upset child.

Had a skin fade and beard trim this morning by a lady (sorry didn’t grab your name) oh my best haircut and beard trim I’ve had. Would highly recommend!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Asked: not short on sides and a bit off all over. Given: blade 4 on sides, too long on top. Couldn't fix it from there. Website says $30 but chargred $37 in shop (brought to to their attention but response was, thats the price). No razor on neck, uses electric shaver instead- not a fan. Worker lounging in barber chair next to me playing on phone, not a good look. No wonder the place was empty.

What is this ?!Terrible.From the awful fade to the uneven box cut.He told me the barber was also rough and rushing, didn’t show him the back of his head like a barber normally would and you can see why with the terrible straight cut across.This was $55 ?!Went back in for a refund, they denied giving one saying it’s a good hair cut but said they could fix it?If it’s a good haircut it wouldn’t need fixing.Said the reason his side burns are different is because his hair naturally flows one way therefore the sides shouldn’t match up?Ridiculous.
