Very bad customer service, I will not buy from this store again.The shoes that I purchased were faulty and when I came back to store, they offered me a store credit instead of a full refund! In addition, be careful about them as they want to sell you whatever they have in their stock rather than giving you a right advice.

Was looking specifically for Netball shoes, great range, helpful staff - I was buying for 2 who I made try on several pairs in order to get size and comfort right, and the girl looking after us just kept bringing out different options till we were happy. They had a good deal on with 2nd pair half price. I went in at 5pm on a Saturday so less crowds, no waiting to get in and staff available to help, and after a full day the staff were still happy and very helpful. Overall, I was quite happy with the experience.

Very rude staff, don't give refunds even when they should. Flat out wasted $100 because even with store credit all clothes were either in XL or just out of stock. Never buying from this store ever again.

Discounts were advertised at 30%-50%. It was not clear which shoes were 30% an which shoes were 50% discount. I was about to buy 3 pairs of shoes for the family from this store. The young lady helping us was very helpful but she had to ask her male colleague for some assistance (which was fine). However, the bloke (who was not even the store manager) came over and was rude to us.I had no intention on giving them a single cent of my money and just walked away.

Quoted more dollars in the name of saleI was offered a discount and the staff members sold me a shoe which was way overpriced and since I trusted them I assumed that they are providing a discount. Later I happen to google and found out the price at all the non factory outlets were significantly lower. I would never trust a factory outlet ever, I will first google and the purchase.

I have been buying running shoes from this shop for 6 years. 10 days ago I went again and asked for a similar shoe with the same arch support. The shop attendant said they sold out this model, but assured me another model has the same arch support. Well, it does not and I am in a lot of pain. I can't return them as I wore them and I can't wear them as they have very little arch support. Needless to say, I will never return to this shop.
