Got back from cruise and my computer had crashed, rang Steve took my computer to him and within 2-3 hours he had me up and running again, great service at a great price, highly recommend Sonic Computer Service.

Steve inspired confidence right from our first communications. I'm not a techie, but years of wearily dealing with corporate IT people had taught me how to separate the good guys from the blow-hards. Steve clearly knew his stuff. Not only that, he was great at explaining complex issues in a calm and logical way - including the bad news that he was unable to fix the unfixable.
