Horrible reception staff! Rang them for a copy of my ultrasound as I need to have an urgent one done and must have my ultrasound report on the day, and was refused!The reason being that they cannot confirm where it is being sent, even though it is my report I am not allowed to view it. I ring the next service I recieved an ultrasound through and they happily email me a copy!Ridiculous and rude!Will not be using their service again

Cancelled my appointment the morning off - Katie who I spoke with was completely unprofessional and rude. That kind of attitude is a really bad look for the company. Hope the other staff in there have a much nicer and more helpful approach.

All the reception ladies are absolutely lovely, the sonograhers were very friendly and amazing. All in all Life medical imagining is a 10/10 for great service and lovely staff

The receptionist was very rude,abrupt. She had shoulder length dark brown hair and glasses on. I will have my appointment only because my health practitioner wants me to come here. But it will be the last time.
