Insurance claimed window replacement. They were fast and efficient, the windscreen was installed perfectly and we're very happy with the result. While waiting, it can be a bit of a walk to kill time though.

Lengthy automated operator to plough through to then be asked all the same questions again plus requesting additional personal information. Just getting a quote was frustrating enough to put me off.

Very incompetent service... seals are uneven and have gaps and the windshield fit is uneven and unbalanced ... (one side is far deeper fit than the other) .... Very disappointing

Windscreen replacement under insurance on the 28th March. I agreed to get new windscreen wipers. The windscreen wipers are unfortunately not that good - they streak, squeak and have started leaving marks on my new windscreen.. other than that, can’t fault anything else!
