Attitude is a real problem. I was advised not to come back as my outboard was too difficult to service, being 20 years old. The motor is regularly serviced and by one of their mechanics previously ( last January). They should have advised me when I took the boat there that it was not a model they would service due to its age, but instead charged a stiff price for the service and complained about how hard it was to service and would not do it again...go elsewhere. The motor is a 90 HP EVINRUDE OCEAN PRO, That has always been maintained. I had intended to buy some seats and other accessories but now I am banned.

Fantastic service and super knowledgeable folks. We're new to boating and both John and Ryan were super helpful in assisting us with some issues we've been having with our tub, as well as doing the the first service on our motor. We don't live in the immediate area, but we'll be making the drive to see them for everything boat related.

I was directed to Power and Sail by a local engineering workshop after having got into trouble on an anchor point of my kayak’s seat having unexpectedly broken as l was riding a large, ocean swell, well beyond heavy surf at Tuross Head. As a result, the kayak became very unstable and difficult to steer, scary! Adam quickly replaced all the weakened anchor points and also the front carrying handle at a very modest price. If l could give him six stars, l’d do it.
