Dolphin Feeding Tin Can Bay

This was the most beautiful experience you could possibly imagine. I got to feed Luna, a gorgeous 5-year old male dolphin. I'd happily visit every single day! Thoroughly recommended. (The associated cafe is great for breakfast, too. Great range - good prices.)

Such a magical experience for all the family. Will be going back again for sure. The team who support this are all amazing people, their passion comes through from the moment you walk in the gate.Would recommend getting there at 6:30 or before as the queue builds up pretty quickly.

What a lovely thing to do first thing in the morning. This pod of dolphins have been coming to the same spot at the same time each day since the 1950’s and the experience of witnessing this & feeding them is nothing short of amazing.Just make sure to arrive early because it’s all over by about 8.30am and the dolphins are gone again.The dolphin feeding is supervised by volunteers and you have to follow strict guidelines, but it truly is an incredible experience.

My family and I made some amazing memories doing this. It is over so quickly! Do go early as aa you can expect there is queues of people we turned up at 730am and already was so many people but it is worth the queue. I love dolphins I wish we could interact more but as they are wild it's too dangerous but nonetheless the opportunity to feed them is one I would not miss out on. They explain to you in great detail on how to approach the dolphin and feed them so there is no fear for families with small children as long as you follow the rules the dolphins are very well behaved! It is definitely a core memory made. They also have a cafe if you haven't had a chance to have your morning brekkie or coffee! Even though there is a queue they do move very quickly so you are not waiting for too long. They do have toilets there too so you can wash your hands after feeding the dolphins. If you got time you can always purchase another token to feed the dolphins!

Fabulous morning feeding the dolphins. The volunteers were so informative and lovely which made the experience very enjoyable. The stars of the show - the dolphins, we’re absolutely beautiful and so cute! Definitely a must when in Tin Can Bay.

What a lovely experience for your kids and the adults. These special ocean friends are amazing to watch and learn about, and the short but positive interaction is well worth the charge of $10 pp. The Cafe is nice but geez they get busy. Will be back to do this again.

What an amazing experience for $10. The staff here are all so knowledgeable, and the presentation before feeding was very informative. I have an mobility issue but had no problems going into the water here, a ramp and easy set off onto the sand.
