I had a really fantastic massage with Trish and will go again. I had a lot of lower back ache due to having a baby late last year. Trish really knew what areas to focus on and provided a great experience. Highly recommended.

Great pressure, great massage

One of the best massages Ive ever had. I’m 14 weeks pregnant and I will be going back every 3-4 weeks to receive my massage as I felt so amazing afterwards. She had great pressure and movement, soothed all my body aches, really forcing on my areas of concern, leaving me to feel completely relaxed. Tricia is highly experienced and really knows what she is doing. Highly recommended!

I found Trish extremely rude and uncooperative. Trying to book in a session was like trying to pull teeth. I ended up contacting them an hour later to cancel my booking because the experience left me with such a bad taste in my mouth.When I confronted the owner with my honest response to her terrible customer service skills, she read the message and ignored me.I would give zero stars if I could.UPDATE: Owner tried to harass me (see below) by linking a fake phone number, claiming I was a scammer. I don't know who's number you listed, but it definitely wasn't mine. Very sad. Instead of simply apologising, they went the extra mile to insist I was trying to book a massage...to scam them out of money?Instead of trying to 'scam you out of your money', I'll ask you to save it! Don't bother booking in with this rude business. They'll try and publicly shame you instead of apologising for bad customer service!SECOND UPDATE: After my above response, the business contacted me privately apologising for their behaviour. I thought that was very sweet and we had resolved the issue. I said I would happily remove my negative google review if they removed the comment on the scam websites in which they used my full name. I've attached the screenshots (scroll to the bottom) from the business to this review. So, I'm quite confused as to why the business is still harassing me, as seen below.As for the 'waiting of 7 days' to post the review, Google processes reviews before setting them live. I posted this immediately after the altercation.
