Domino’s Pizza Hove
I went into the store at night and waited to order after my partner. I wasn’t served or acknowledged during the entirety of his order being made and when I spoke up, a worker said he would get his manager (because he wasn’t register trained) and nobody came. After a few more minutes we gave up and left. Workers were also sitting on their phones throughout the entire visit and were loudly arguing. Pretty much the worst service ever. At least the pizza was ok

Dont park on the side of the road before 7pm. The pizza cost me $300 when I parked in front of the store 5 mins to 7pm.

Horrible customer service would rate 0 stars if I could, manager took 5 minutes to come serve and denied us a cup of tap water then kicked us out for looking over the counter because they wouldn’t serve us

What is the point of the pizza tracker. “ your pizza will be ready at 6:18…..arrive at store at 6:24 and still waiting another 16 minutes. People want dominos because it’s quick and easy. Is just as quick and easy to make frozen pizza…. Sort yourselves out

This store has degraded significantly over the last 6 months. The toppings are taking less and less area of the dough. The last order 23.8.20 (which will be our last order ever) showed the lack of quality control. One pizza wasn't cut and the toppings were watery and fell off the base. The other was 'missing' a significant section off one edge and was basically cold! This obviously happened prior to cooking as the edge of the dough was brown and sealed. Yet that somehow passed inspection and sets the standard for their pizzas. The photo shows the pizza as we received it. Very poor.EDIT: I completed the feedback form as requested by the store. I never heard anything from them. No acknowledgement, no apology, no response at all.

Strait up didn’t get my food. Called up 5 times after waiting an hour, no answer. Went in because my calls weren’t being answered. I rock up and the guy at the counter is chilling on his phone. They said the phone wasn’t answered due to it being busy. I asked why my order hadn’t arrived and they said he dropped it at the wrong house. He said no one answered the door so he left the pizza on the doorstep (I don’t have a doorstep). I had received no missed calls even though I had provided my number. The people that work there are better at making excuses then they are pizza.

Cheaply made pizza but I really enjoyed the garlic bread.The pizza made my hands really oily so I would of appreciate d if they gave me napkins
