Our Van RV

Unbelievably great service from our van.My arrival and booking in the van with Jema was excellent. As was my interactions with and the guys in the service centre.Couldn’t recommend this company more highly. If you have a caravan on the peninsula this is the place to come.

We picked up our van on Friday and coukd not be happier. The service was was outstanding and made our purchase a easy process. Tim is a great asset to the company. Thank you again for making our dream a reality.

Be very careful, had issues with water limiting and water pressure valves while away with our 3 month old Seascape. Sam Wyatt Director promised to reimburse me with his credit card for the repairs because the repairer would not accept his promise (smart guy). Sent him the invoices but would not now pay until I sent the the faulty parts to ensure the manufacture of the part paid him. Once Sam Wyatt Director has your money that's the last of the support. A promise is a promise unless it comes from Sam Wyatt the Director. We should have bought from RV Design Ballarat

Extremely dissapointing experience, late delivery, list of defects, un roadworthy tyre, loose screws, stripped threads, cracked skylight/roof vent, oven wasnt installed correctly, list goes on.The day of handover we were told to take it to the manufacturer in camblefield for repair.Told that the peice of missing tyre was only cosmetic and didn't happen at their end.Once you have paid in full, your basically just a number to them.Overrall was horrible experience, left us with so much disappointment we dont even want the van now.

We picked up our Atlantic Endeavour van yesterday. Everything was in order except for a couple of hat hooks ( not bad for such a busy period). Tim was excellent in conducting the handover, very informative and knowledgeable, explaining in plain speak. Our experience from purchase at the Melb. Showgrounds caravan show to the handover with both Annette and Bridget following up on plans and changes was always professional and friendly. Mark was exceptional in knowing what colours worked well together. We look forward to our upcoming trips.

Had a repair done on my van recently. There were delays in the repair, some very understandable due to 3rd party repairers delaying work. Unfortunately the management of the repair was poor. I had to deal with multiple people (service vs insurance vs warranty) for different aspects of work on my van. Frequently told work had been done, turned up, inspected my van and it hadn't been. I had to project manage aspects of the work (act as a go between with my van company and OurVanRv) just to get things ordered. Van was left uncovered when in the middle of repairs (window off etc) in the third party repairers location. There was some minor paint overspray around the repair area of the van when returned. Still trying to get a part sent to me because OurVanRv forgot to order it and it wasn't noticed until I checked and realised it hadn't been done. OurVanrv has not sent the part because they want to work out if they or my van company are paying postage, despite the owner promising to send it to me asap after Christmas! This company means well and are pleasant to deal with, bit until they get there processes fixed I can't recommend them.

Hi all took our caravan into ourvan rv at Rosebud to get repair done on awning where it had actually pulled the screws out of the van the repair manager looked at it and explained why it had happened which was very nice they said maybe a couple of days to repair it so l went home and that afternoon got a call from them saying they had rushed it thru for us and it was ready to pick up . The service was very good and of course very quick and efficient can highly recommend this company

Stay clear, very clear of their service dept. No help , will not talk to you about issues in warranty. Then charge for items not repaired, very unsure if my van was even serviced in the 27 days it was kept in their workshop. Vans manufacturers in Camblefield would not return e mails. Service dept. in Rosebud would not reply for days ,after repeated requests. It was like I was being lead to the dairy. My Rating for their Service is below zero. So if venturing there take care.On a good note their sales dept. is very good helpful and keep you up to date of progress.Well that's my 10 cents worth. Hi there i purchased a 20ft 6in serinity van last year , picked up end of April. Really liked van ,sales dept.very helpful. Mark & crew great. Now for service dept straight out shockinf . Lies and decite no one talks to any one warranty items negligence. Even charging for items not done. Do not go near themIncompetent

Purchased a PCB - what turned up was second hand, broken and the wrong model. Was told it would cost another $700 for the advertised part... interestingly this part is still advertised on the website for the cheaper price... not the $1400...To their credit, returns (refund) was super easy and staff helpful - no complaints there, just a waste of time.
