Truly Beautiful Weddings

I received my flowers this week (same week of wedding) and upon opening them they were dirty and not cleaned. Even after a quick wipe down they are still dirty sadly.Multiple parts of the flowers are falling off on all of the bouquets. The second sign arrangement didn’t have any adhesive like the first one did either.Given the order was put in last year the turnaround time was not acceptable. There was no room for errors. Unfortunately I cannot return these to get them cleaned, fixed and re-glued/ re-made.This is very disappointing for a buyer and hope you can recognise the care I have for you to improve your business, so another bride doesn’t feel this way.

Honestly so disappointed.After ordering flowers for our big day over 2 months in advance, our flowers were not made until 2 weeks before our big day. This already made me uncomfortable being so close to the event and shipping from QLD to VIC but i persisted.The flowers did not look like any of our vision boards that we agreed upon but were still pretty so I just accepted them as we didnt have time to change them.The package was said to be shipped 9 business days before my wedding. No tracking number was provided to me until i asked for it.4 business days out and no contact from the business, i ended up having to contact the shipping company myself constantly to figure out what was happening.I had barely any contact from the company until the DAY BEFORE my wedding when they called and said that the package was not collected until 4 business days before my wedding!! Absolutely no contact was made during this time and i was left in the dark.I had to scramble to find another florist only two days before my big day and finally finding someone the day before that was available, a stress that no bride wants or needs.I am so beyond disappointed with how everything was handled and the fact that there was no communication with me about any of these issues until i demanded a refund and highlighted how poorly handled this whole event was
