Ordered 2parts for a Getz. Spares guy rang me to inform me the order was in.I drove from Kettering to find only half myparts were in. Had to drive back later.

If you see many car are hanging up there but there is nobody fixed it, you should know Motor charge it 140$ every hour, make sure you have heaps of money to fixed the car!

We bought a Honda Odyssey from Motors in Derwent Park so it is covered by a zooper warranty. We took it to Motors Service Centre for a Service. When I picked the car up they said there was an oil leak from the back of the engine. Straight away there are drops of oil on our driveway when there had never been any before. I rang the person who I picked the car up from and he didn't return my call in a week. When I rang a second time the guy said he would find out what the zooper warranty covered and get back to me. He lost my number! In the meantime I have had to put 2 litres of oil in the car myself. Motors refuse to acknowledge that the damage was caused by them and even refuse to cover the cost of diagnosing the problem. I am taking my business elsewhere. Their customer service and integrity has been appalling.

Great service, except I hate trying to be up sold unnecessary things. Dealer prices are getting out of control. Will consider an independent when warranty is out

Have an AIS inspection here for our car registered in Tasmania. Good service with professional people, they put a cover on our seat to avoid damage or get dirty for our seats. Super good! Highly recommend.

We bought a 2017 model car from Motors’ used car dealership in Glenorchy in winter 2021. The air conditioner didn’t work, which we discovered a few months later in summer. We took it into Motors multiple times over the next 18 months trying to get it fixed. Only on the third visit did they identify the problem, and quoted us an expensive repair, which they offered to discount to $1400. We took it elsewhere and the mechanic identified the issue, being the condenser, within about a minute of us arriving, telling us that should have been obvious from the first moment we took it in for repair 18 months earlier. He also quoted a much lower price of $900. Only once we invoked our consumer rights, that the car should have had working aircon from the moment of purchase, did Motors agree to provide some funding ($700) towards the repair, which we went elsewhere to obtain. After our experience I would be hesitant to return to Motors as a customer.

Shane and the team have been great with the servicing of our 2 Holdens. Really friendly and go out of their way to help. They even told us about some minor damage to the interior of the car they caused when getting a repair and already had the part on order to replace. I could not even see the damage. Keep up the good work guys!
