Had an amazing experience here with all the workers who were very welcoming and experienced. The salon was kept so clean and the experience was more then I had wished for! The dogs were so cute and friendly and the outcome was so much better then I had hoped for! Brittany blended the balayage extremely well and the apprentices made sure I had something to drink and made me feel special.

Britt was able to fit me in last minute for the best haircut and colour of my life!!Brit, Brad and the team are so lovely and professional I had a great experience and am obsessed with my new hair! I had my hair styled and coloured this weekend at Grace Gold in Brunswick by Bradley, who is so excellent! From talking to Britt about what I wanted before my appointment, to the wonderful colour and styling expertise of Bradley, I'm so happy with my new look and the whole experience. As well as being excellent at what they do, it's also really inclusive, warm place to be in. I also had cuddles with Teddy, the cutest dog ever which was an absolute highlight.Thanks so much to Bradley, Britt and lovely Grace Gold team for my new hair style and colour, I love it so much xx

I had Em colour my hair and she gave me exactly what I was looking for. Going fromhoney blonde to a brunette that matched well with my natural colour. I’ve tried to get my hair to this colour several times before but always end up more blonde than I’d hoped. Em really listened and asked all the right questions to make sure she understood what I wanted and bounced ideas with her colleague to get it right. I really appreciated this attention to detail and got my favourite colour to this date because of it. Thanks Em!

My experience at Grace Gold has seriously been so great. Amy was fab and had such great banter. I hadn’t had my hair coloured in well over 4 years and wanted to go back to being a bit lighter and brighter after being natural for so long! She did such an amazing job. After about a week or so I wasn’t really feeling it and loving it completely and I felt so bad reaching out to express this, but with my wedding coming up at the time, I just really wanted to not be thinking or worrying about minor issues with my hair! Brit and Amy were so accomodating and invited me back straight away to work together to make adjustments. I honestly was and am so grateful for the reassurance and the final outcome. Despite not being happy first off, I really love how it ended up and even though I felt so bad for not loving my hair initially I will most definitely be back for future upkeep!

So happy with the service I received from Grace Gold. Not only did I love the work they did on my hair but the customer experience was fantastic. Great team who really know what they’re doing. If you are in the Brunswick area, I’d definitely recommend. I will be returning customer :)

I had the most amazing experience at Grace Gold! It was the first time I had had my hair cut and coloured in nearly ten years and with my wedding come up I wanted to have a big freshen up. Amy was just incredible - I gave her a rough idea of what I wanted and then left everything up to her and what she did was MAGIC! The colour was so bright and gorgeous! I have not felt this great about my hair in a really long time. The studio is such a chilled vibe and the rest of the team (pups included), made the experience even more fun! I cant recommend this place enough. The service was immaculate and they are very professional and friendly.I never had hair colouring before and I was a bit anxious to have it done. Amy was super helpful and explained everything in detailed. I went home with a big smile in my face.Everything was just amazing, the tea, the dogs and the people ❤️I made my next appointment straight away ❤️

You are in very safe hands with these lovely ladies and their team.I have had more than one visit to the salon now, and its very safe to say I thoroughly enjoyed my visits both times.Staff are very good at what they do. Experienced, respectful, helpful and honest. This team are AMAZING. I went in with very bright yellowy-turned-brassy hair that simply didn't suit me and Britt worked actual magic on it. I asked her to do whatever needed to be done to get my hair back to a very **natural** colour that allowed my roots to blend gently into a warm blonde end. She did highlights, lowlights, 'lifted' this, 'toned' that, some 'bonding' treatment ... and I couldn't believe how perfectly she nailed it -- I've never been so happy leaving a salon before! She did a fab short cut as well. (honestly all stylists/staff + resident puppies make for a lovely experience too!) I am so happy I put my trust in Brittney and *stoked* to love my hair again :)
