Order stuffed up again. One meal missed although paid for which the kids then argued about who was going to starve tonight. Just once I'd like the order to be right. Check your order before driving away.

I question why i used to go to KFC, only started going to RR this year, yes its more expensive, but we feel its much tastier.I've joined the club and get great rewards, if not embarrassing of our Monday on the way home habit...The drive through staff definingly recognize me now =)Only complaint is several order mishaps, I've now started checking the boxes before I leave. And a couple occasions we have received mash-less gravy

So we thought we'd try the new fried chicken tonight and paid over $60 for the 8 piece pack and two chicken rolls. We're not fussed on the fried chicken, but were more annoyed about the missing coleslaw and normal as opposed to Coke No Sugar we ordered. Definitely expected more for what we paid and won't be going back. Hopefully we get the coleslaw refund promised.

Lady im sure was the owner. Ordered a reds box, and she asked if I wanted medium/large i went large. Once I got home only had burger chips and drinks. Not sure why she would try and sting out on fried chicken and sides. I was just hungry and hoping to eat the whole meal. Later when I called she lied about the price and that i ordered something else. She mentioned price was $16.50 for the reds box.

Don’t want give one star too but no option there today I asked 6 drumsticks the counter girl said yes and she packed the box I didn’t opened the box there after that I came home and when opened the box I realised that girl lied to me she packed only 3 drumsticks and all other chicken pieces which my daughters don’t like so all other pieces was very dry and gone I. To the binThank You very much for your kind service which I very upset and I will not go again to this Red rooster again
