Kase is full of knowledge and takes individual circumstances into consideration when training and writing training programs. His friendly, understanding and approachable nature helps in discussing any issues your having with training and areas in need of improvement. Kase also focuses on ensuring appropriate technique is applied to ensure training is undertaken in a safe manner.Highly recommend training with Kase!

Kase is a great Personal Trainer, whom has a real genuine interest in helping people better themselves to achieve their goals. He has a vast knowledge in areas of physical fitness and has helped me lose weight, learn how to lift heavy and safely. Kase has also taught me what types of exercises to use for desired goals - whether it be to lose fat/drop weight, build muscle, increase strength, or increase overall personal performance in all aspects of fitness and health, and i have also learnt variations of exercises to allow me to adapt my workout if a particular piece of equipment is not available, or if i simply just want to change it up.Kase is a wonder PT and person, anyone wanting to achieve fitness goals and also be taught correct techniques to minimise injuries should have a chat to Kase.

I cannot recommend Kase enough. He is very knowledgeable, patient and will take the time to teah correct form to avoid injury and ensure the whole body is functional. I have trained with Kase for over two years with no injuries despite me not having an ACL. The strengthening exercises have helped me avoid surgery.
