Service with a smile. Polite and helpful and very quick. Could not ask for better

Just wanted to say a big “THANK YOU” to the Aus Blue Bins Team! Their courteous and prompt service has saved me a lot of heartache and time, which otherwise would have been numerous trips to and from the local resource centre. It has been a delight with their friendly delivery driver placing the bin right where I needed and made it so easy to load. I can’t recommend the Aus Blue Bins team highly enough! I would refer them to any one and I will certainly be after their services again.

I have used Blue Bins on my building sites since they started. They now tell me I have to pay weekly hire. Won’t be getting anymore bins from them, very disappointed after 25 years supporting this business.

This place is highly unprofessional and does not deserve any customers. If you can, use another bin service, do it. They don’t respect their customers at all. Really disappointing service. I spoke with “Tiarne” on the phone and feel that she really needs to improve her customer service skills. If you would like to contact me as I wouldn’t mind escalating this complaint, respond to my complaint and I will come into the office to speak.
