Australia Post - Coogee Post Shop

I love our Coogee post office! What a great team. Super friendly and efficient. Quick and organised for bill paying, paspport photos, parcel send outs/ receivals. Thanks Coogee P.O Team ! <3

OCTOBER 2018I originally reviewed the Coogee Post Office over two years ago. It has since moved location. It is now just a counter with the same friendly staff. There are two sections of the post office. One door has all of the PO Boxes and parcel pick up counter. The other door is for any other service and products available at a post office. There is no longer any other items for sale. It is not a shop anymore. They also have a vending machine so you can easily purchase prepaid envelopes and stamps.JULY 2016Excellent friendly service from all of the staff. The retail section is always well stocked with plenty of great products. It's quite a busy post office though so you may find a really long line during lunch and near closing time. They also have the 24/7 post boxes which are very convenient.

Staff is great and friendly. Personally never had any issues. Like the idea of separating parcel collection. This definitely speeds up collection of your parcel. I have seen many times rude and arrogant customers who would take it out at the staff. If your parcel didn’t make to you because delivery driver was lazy to take it to your door! It’s not staff fault. This happens quiet often with my deliveries. Despite the fact it did happen today. Try treat others with respect. Not saying Australia Post the greatest and have it’s positive and negative sites.

Tried to post my parcel using the mypost business app, and they wouldn't allow me to post it because the box looks big for a small parcel???? It says on mypost business as long as its under 5kg it shouldn't be a problem. What a joke, ive never had this issue at kensington

I love Coogee Post Office - I especially love the staff who are friendly, efficient and caring humans who make my day when I go there. Thanks team for being excellent and making Coogee a better place!

Driver never tried to deliver my parcel. I had to take time off work to go and retrieve it from the post office. If I wanted to go somewhere to get products I wouldn't choose to have it delivered. Good service once in store.

I understand sometimes people who goes at the post office might be rude at times therefore workers are a bit walking on egg shells when interacting. I truly feel for them knowing the customer service world quite well.I must say though I do not accept the behaviour of the lady at the front desk who was rude and fastidiously patronising when pointing out what documents I needed to show to get a passport. She was almost shouting at me and would refuse my drive license repeating “no correct” without stopping, like a machine, without leaving time for questions only because the unit was not specified.All this making sure not to point out what was the wrong detail for the only pleasure, I assume, of creating some frustration.Quite shocked

Australia Post: We love to make life hard for everyone. Over and over again.Rarely deliver due to laziness I am assuming. Highly annoying.I put multiple signs that we are all home and that they should just knock on the door or leave the package. Ignored. Have to pick up during business hours. Oh, good that I have no job and nothing to do so I can go. Also good that my mates have also nothing to do and no job so they can go too. So many options.Also good that they are so fast and efficient so that I don't have to wait 30 minutes on a Saturday morning in a line.What a lazy bunch of 1diots at Australia Post.Cons:- lazy- slow- inefficient- no common sense- not smartPros:+ I like the color red
